How do I secure my place at Velocamp?

Securing your place at Velocamp Mallorca is quick and easy.
Simply head to the Camp Dates page, choose the week that works for you, and click through to the camp of your choice. After reading through the itinerary and realising just how awesome the week is going to be, you’ll see a Stripe button that allows you to secure your spot with a small €300 deposit.

Once your deposit is paid, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation receipt. The remainder of the balance is due 60 days before your camp start date, and you’ll receive a follow-up email with a secure payment link when that time comes. That’s it — you’re in.
As soon as your balance is settled, you’ll receive a personalised email with your 60-day pre-camp coaching plan, put together by our head coach, Ladi Demko. This email will also include your customer registration form, where we’ll ask for a few key details to help ensure the smoothest experience possible. This includes:
- A short bike fitting video with prompts to guide you in submitting your measurements
- Your Velocamp kit sizing guide, so we can get your fully branded jersey and bib shorts just right, yours to keep as part of your camp week!
Then, two weeks before arrival, you’ll receive another email with everything you need to know to prepare for your trip. This will cover what to pack (yes, bring your shoes and pedals), how to get here, what to expect when you arrive, and any final tips to help you hit the ground running.
If you’ve got any questions along the way, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp, or fill in the Camp Enquiry form, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
Of course, while you’re thinking it over, we can’t guarantee that your preferred week won’t fill up, so if you’re ready and you know that a week of riding Europe’s best roads, climbing iconic mountains, and sharing the experience with a fantastic group of like-minded cyclists is for you, then I’d suggest locking in your spot with a deposit.
The finer details can always be ironed out after that.
Looking forward to seeing you in Mallorca. Salud!
