Welcome to VeloCamp Mallorca. These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in our cycling camps and use of our website. By booking a camp with us or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Bookings & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once we receive your completed registration form and a deposit (or full payment, if required).
• Final payment is due [X days] before the start of your camp.
• Prices are listed in [currency] and include specified services (e.g., accommodation, guided rides, meals, etc.).

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• By the participant:
  • More than 60 days before camp: full refund minus deposit.
  • 30–59 days: 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days: no refund.
  • You may transfer your booking to another person with prior notice.
• By VeloCamp Mallorca:
  We reserve the right to cancel a camp in cases of force majeure, insufficient numbers, or safety concerns. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or option to rebook.

3. Insurance

Participants must have their own travel, accident, and medical insurance, including cover for cycling activities. VeloCamp Mallorca is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the camp.

4. Health & Fitness

By booking, you confirm you are in good health and fit to participate in cycling activities. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions before the camp begins.

5. Participant Responsibilities

• Follow the guidance of our team and ride leaders at all times.
• Wear a helmet and ride safely and respectfully.
• Obey local traffic laws and conduct yourself responsibly.
• You are responsible for your own equipment (bike, gear, etc.) unless specifically provided by us.

6. Changes to Itinerary

While we aim to deliver all advertised services, weather, safety, or logistical reasons may require us to modify the itinerary. We reserve the right to make such changes as needed.

7. Liability

VeloCamp Mallorca is not liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or health conditions during or after participation.
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Travel delays, missed connections, or personal expenses due to force majeure events.

8. Equipment

If we supply bikes or other gear, you are responsible for them during the camp. Damages due to negligence may incur a repair or replacement charge.

9. Use of Media

We may take photos or video during the camp for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform us in writing before the camp begins.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction, e.g., Spain]. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [insert location].
